Terms of Service

By accessing and using Stemng2's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Enrollment in our STEM programs is subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse enrollment to any applicant. Once enrolled, students are expected to attend scheduled sessions and complete assigned work. Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring student participation.

Program fees must be paid in full before the start of the program unless alternative arrangements have been made. Refunds are available up to 7 days before the program start date, minus a 10% administrative fee. No refunds are provided after the program has begun, except in cases of program cancellation by Stemng2.

Stemng2 reserves the right to cancel or reschedule programs due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation by Stemng2, enrolled families will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another program.

Students are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward instructors and peers. Bullying, harassment, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Stemng2 reserves the right to remove students who violate our code of conduct without refund.

All course materials, curricula, and content provided by Stemng2 are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Students may use materials for personal learning purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited without written permission.
